A personal assistant is assigned to each account and made available to them 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The client's personal assistant can be at their front door within an hour of a phone call for whatever reason. Our main goal is to guide the client and the client's family safely and comfortably into their new home and assist them in becoming comfortably independent in their new living environment.

Starting with our clients filling out our online pre-trip questionnaire and followed by sending our clients an orientation package of useful information about the community, in which they will be living, our experienced personnel works day and night so that our clients can take comfort in the fact that we take great care into insuring our clients an all-in-one service that makes settling into the environment a smooth and easy process.

We provide all services related to relocating to a different country. We can offer our clients quality assistance in the search, purchase, lease and the eventual sale of their home. We can oversee any international moving services e.g. importing household goods, and any other services related to moving to a new country. Once the client has relocated, we can go a step further by arranging utility installations, repair and maintenance services, housekeeping and any other 2nd home services. We are prepared to provide our clients with any necessary financial assistance including numerous tax, insurance and accounting services. We can arrange all tax related services e.g. tax rulings, applications for social security numbers, tax management and tax relocation and all accounting services e.g. personal bookkeeping, corporate accounting as well as opening bank accounts and payment of bills. We can assist our clients in purchasing or leasing a vehicle as well as assisting them in importing their own vehicle. While providing such services we can arrange any bureaucratic matters necessary and we can provide our clients with quality translation services. We take every detail into concern and make any aspect of relocation simple and understandable for our client.
