Long Term Residence
When relocating, we will provide the information the client needs to find the best residence for them (and their family) before their arrival so a proper decision can be made. When gathering this information we take all aspects into consideration. Daily family life, location of the children's schooling, how long the clients' stay in Poland will be and whether you want to buy or lease are all important factors we take into consideration. We offer services to help our clients furnish their homes, install utilities such as gas, water, electricity, telephone, internet etc, which makes settling into the environment a smooth and easy process. When settled in we can arrange 2nd home services and arrange maintenance and payment of bills. When buying or leasing we will provide our customer with the information he needs to find the most appropriate home and upon departure of Poland we can assist them on selling their home. We personally visit and qualify every residence before showing to the transferee, we shortlist residences and when possible send details to transferee before visit. We translate the purchase or lease agreement(s).and offer home sale and property management services as well. We can also oversee the transportation of household goods.
