We find that the best first step toward deciding on which services our clients require is with the help of our online pre-trip questionnaire, which the client can conveniently review, fill in, save and come back to later to make any changes or modifications before it is finally submitted and replied to with a complete estimate for our services. Before departure to Poland our clients are provided with our orientation package of useful information upon arrival the client is given a tour by the assigned personal assistant to determine with them the needs of the account and to better understand our mission. We can then go over any additional needs whether services we provide or modified services and our offer can be modified and expanded further, providing our clients with custom tailored services attuned to their needs.
